Isle of Palms, SC and Wild Dunes is one of the best oceanfront communities in South Carolina. The Isle of Palms and the oceanfront real estate there is to die for, and most of the custom built homes on the ocean are great money makers for real estate investors. The Isle of Palms is just on the other side of Mount Pleasant, SC and has some of the prettiest, private beaches anyone could want. Considered to be much more laid back from Folly Beach (the other vacation beach of Charleston) the Isle of Palms has the very well known gated resort neighborhood of Wild Dunes.
